摘要
为了研究民机机翼结冰模型生成方法,文章依据自然结冰的物理模型计算得到的结冰量高度,对网格节点数据进行加权平均计算,并通过云图显示结冰量的分布。得到面网格节点中的结冰量高度后,利用基于顶点偏置的STL模型偏置方法进行网格偏置,并最终实现输出实体网格,该模型可用于研究结冰量对气动外形的影响,进一步打通结冰计算和空气动力学分析的上下游关系。
In order to study the generation method of the icing model of the civil aircraft wing,this paper calculates the weighted average calculation of the grid node data according to the height of the icing amount calculated by the physical model of natural icing,and displays the distribution of the icing amount through the cloud image.After obtaining the icing amount height in the surface mesh nodes,the STL model bias method based on vertex bias is used for mesh bias,and finally the output solid mesh is realized.The model can be used to evaluate the impact of icing amount on the aerodynamic shape,and further open up the upstream and downstream relationship between icing calculation and aerodynamic analysis.
