非正交斜齿轮系统数学模型及接触特性研究

摘要 为提高斜齿轮传动的承载能力,根据共轭曲线的齿廓几何模型,建立了一种基于曲线接触单元的非正交斜齿轮传动数学模型,基于空间曲线啮合关系的接触原理,提出了齿轮副生成方法。以15°轴角为例进行了仿真分析,根据非正交斜齿轮的几何关系和仿真结果,分析了齿廓的根切条件、滑移率和接触应力等特性,同时与渐开线齿轮进行了比较,结果表明相对于渐开线齿轮,非正交齿轮副具有良好的接触特性。最后通过齿轮加工实验验证了所提非正交斜齿轮副模型的合理性。 In order to improve the bearing capacity and transmission characteristics of helical gear transmission,a mathematical model of non-orthogonal helical gear transmission based on curve contact element is established based on the geometric model of tooth profile of conjugate curve.Based on the contact principle of spatial curve meshing relationship,the generation method of gear pair is proposed.Taking 15°shaft angle as an example,the simulation analysis is carried out.According to the geometric relationship and simulation results of non-orthogonal helical gear,the undercutting conditions,slip rate and contact stress of tooth profile are analyzed.It compares with involute gear,shows that non orthogonal gear pair has good contact characteristics compared with involute gear.Finally,the rationality of the proposed non orthogonal helical gear pair model is verified by gear machining experiments.
