摘要
为得到3种不同富水砂层土中最佳膨润土泥浆体积的注入比,通过膨润土泥浆优化试验、坍落度试验、渗透试验研究了膨润土泥浆对不同种类富水砂土的改良作用。结果表明:钠基膨润土更有利于渣土改良。在细砂层、中砂、粗砂地层,钠基膨润土泥浆体积注入比差别较大。将试验结果应用于盾构施工,发现经改良优化后盾构掘进参数明显改善,渣土流塑性良好,渗透系数呈数量级降低,有效防止了喷涌现象的发生。
In order to obtain the best injection ratio of bentonite mud volume in three different water-rich sandy soils,the improvement effect of bentonite mud on different kinds of water-rich sandy soils was studied through bentonite mud optimization test,slump test and permeability test.The results show that sodium bentonite is more beneficial to the improvement of muck.For fine sand layer,medium coarse sand and sandy pebble layer,the volume injection ratio of sodium bentonite mud is quite different.The test results are applied to shield construction,and it is found that the improved and optimized shield tunneling parameters are obviously improved,the flow plasticity of muck is good,and the permeability coefficient decreases by an order of magnitude,which effectively prevents the occurrence of gushing phenomenon.
