塔式起重机附墙处附加撑杆的施工技术研究

摘要 塔式起重机附着杆件通常附着于钢结构柱、型钢混凝土柱或钢筋混凝土柱上,但根据现场塔式起重机布置,部分杆件需附着在核心筒剪力墙上。由于塔式起重机的附着力较大,剪力墙所受反力为平面外受力,对剪力墙易产生破坏。因此,需在附着杆对侧增加一道支撑用于平衡附着杆件对剪力墙产生的平面外荷载。以深圳科技馆(新馆)工程为应用对象,通过对附加撑杆合理的设计与安装,确保塔式起重机附墙杆与核心筒结构的稳定,实现塔式起重机的安全使用。 The attachment bar of tower crane is usually attached to steel structure column,steel reinforced concrete column or reinforced concrete column,but according to the layout of tower crane on site,some members need to be attached to the core tube shear wall.Due to the large adhesion force attached to the tower crane,the reaction force on the shear wall is an out-of-plane force,which is easy to damage the shear wall.Therefore,it is necessary to add a brace on the opposite side of the attachment bar to balance the out-of-plane load caused by the attachment member to the shear wall.Taking the shenzhen science and technology museum(new museum)project as the application object,through the reasonable design and installation of the additional strut,the stability of the structure of the attached wall pole and the core tube of the tower crane is ensured,and the safe use of the tower crane is realized.
