摘要
为实现重稀土金属资源的均衡开发利用以及降低磁体的制造成本,晶界扩散技术被应用于提高烧结钕铁硼磁体的矫顽力,但晶界扩散Tb对磁体耐腐蚀性能的影响有待于进一步研究。采用磁控溅射方法在NdFeB磁体表面沉积一层Tb镀层,经过晶界扩散热处理后制备出(Tb,Nd)FeB磁体。对NdFeB磁体和(Tb,Nd)FeB磁体的微观结构、磁性能和耐蚀性能进行比较研究。结果表明:与NdFeB磁体相比,(Tb,Nd)FeB磁体的内禀矫顽力Hcj得到显著提升。但是,(Tb,Nd)FeB磁体具有更宽的晶界相,且晶界相连续分布在主相晶粒周围,形成了磁体的腐蚀通道,当磁体处于腐蚀性环境中,更易引起磁体的腐蚀。因此,晶界扩散在提高磁体矫顽力的同时,降低了NdFeB磁体的耐腐蚀性能。
In order to realize balanced development and utilization of heavy rare earth metal resources and reduce the manufacturing cost of magnets,grain boundary diffusion technology has been applied to improve the coercivity of sintered NdFeB magnets.However,the effect of grain boundary diffusion Tb on the corrosion resistance of magnets needs to be further studied.A layer of Tb coating was deposited on the surface of magnets by magnetron sputtering,and(Tb,Nd)FeB magnets were prepared after grain boundary diffusion heat treatment.The microstructure,magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of NdFeB magnets and(Tb,Nd)FeB magnets were systematically studied.Results show that the intrinsic coercivity Hcj of(Tb,Nd)FeB magnets is significantly improved compared with NdFeB magnets.However,(Tb,Nd)FeB magnets have wider grain boundary phases which are continuously distributed around the main phase grains,which opens up the corrosion channel of the magnets.When the magnets are in the corrosive environment,it is more likely to cause the corrosion of the magnets.Therefore,grain boundary diffusion technology not only improves the coercivity of NdFeB magnets,but also reduces the corrosion resistance of NdFeB magnets.
