制造业出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 面对全球经济形势的不断变化及中国经济的迅速发展,实现价值链升级及经济高质量发展成为我国亟待解决的重要问题。利用2005—2020年我国30个省份(未包括香港、澳门、台湾、西藏地区)的面板数据,通过中介效应、空间溢出效应检验分析我国制造业出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:制造业出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率具有正向影响,出口技术复杂度越高,绿色全要素生产率越高,这种正向作用在沿海地区及东部地区尤为显著;对外开放、技术创新及信息化水平在制造业出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率的影响过程中存在中介效应;出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率的影响存在空间溢出效应,能够推动周边地区的发展,且对经济发展水平不同的地区可能产生极化效应。因此,我国应善用制造业出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率的正向影响,通过技术创新、对外开放等手段,推动绿色全要素生产率提升,构建完善的信息网络,实现经济高质量发展。同时,重视制造业出口技术复杂度对绿色全要素生产率影响的空间溢出效应,通过发达地区带动欠发达地区发展,进一步提升欠发达地区绿色全要素生产率,实现经济社会生态全面发展。 In the face of the continuous changes in the global economic situation and the rapid development of China's economy,the upgrading of China's industrial value chain and high-quality economic development have become important issues that need to be solved urgently.With the help of the panel data of 30 provinces in China(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan region)from 2005 to 2020,the authors carry out the analysis and test the impact of China's manufacturing export technology complexity on green total factor productivity by using the intermediary effect and spatial spillover effect.It is found that:technical complexity of manufacturing exports does have a positive effect on green total factor productivity,and the higher the complexity of export technology,the higher the green total factor productivity,which is particularly significant in coastal areas and eastern regions;opening up,technological innovation and informatization level play the intermediary role during this process;the complexity of export technology has the spillover effect on green total factor productivity,it can promote the development of surrounding areas,and polarization effect may occur in regions with different economic development levels.We should make good use of the positive impact of export technology complexity on green total factor productivity to achieve highquality economic development by such measures as technological innovation and opening up,promoting the improvement of green total factor productivity and constructing the perfect information net.As the same time,we should pay more attention to the spatial spillover effect of manufacturing export technology complexity on green total factor productivity,lead the development of less developed regions with the help of the development of developed regions,further improve the green total factor productivity of less developed regions to realize the overall economic and social eco-development.
