摘要
目的:探讨信息化平台在慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者自我管理个性化护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年10月黔南州人民医院收治的CKD患者84例为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予常规临床护理,观察组在对照组基础上利用信息化平台进行患者自我管理个性化护理。比较两组患者自我管理能力与自我效能、临床指标。结果:干预后,两组患者自我管理能力各项评分与自我效能评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组收缩压、舒张压均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肾小球滤过率、血肌酐、血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CKD患者在临床护理中利用信息化平台进行自我管理个性化护理,有助于提高患者自我管理能力、自我效能与治疗依从性,改善肾功能及临床指标,为后续治疗提供保障。
Objective:To explore the application effect of information platform in self-management personalized nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:84 patients with CKD admitted to Qiannan People's Hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical nursing,and the observation group was given self-management personalized nursing based on the information platform.Self-management ability,self-efficacy and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-management ability and self-efficacy were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in glomerular filtration rate,serum creatinine and hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of information platform for self-management and personalized nursing in clinical nursing of CKD patients is helpful to improve patients'self-management ability,self-efficacy and treatment compliance,improve kidney function and clinical indicators,and provide guarantee for follow-up treatment.
