摘要
目的 探讨以家庭为中心的健康教育对甲状腺癌术后患者心理状态、生活质量及用药依从性的影响。方法 根据干预方式的不同将110例甲状腺癌手术患者分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55),对照组患者采取常规健康教育,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采取以家庭为中心的健康教育。比较两组患者的心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、生活质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQC30)]及用药依从性[8条目Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)]。结果 干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能、总体健康状况评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能、总体健康状况评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者用药总依从性明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论 以家庭为中心的健康教育能够缓解甲状腺癌术后患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的用药依从性,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of family-centered health education on the mental state,quality of life,and medication compliance of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.Method A total of 110 patients undergoing thy-roid cancer surgery were divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)according to different interven-tion methods.The patients in the control group received routine health education,and the patients in the observation group received family-centered health education on the basis of the control group.The mental state[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Can-cer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],and medication compliance[8-items Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)]were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were low-er than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physical function,emotional function,social function,cognitive function,and general health status scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total medication compliance of the ob-servation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Family-centered health ed-ucation could alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients after thyroid cancer surgery,and improve their medication compliance and quality of life.
