摘要
雷门沟钼矿床两期选矿试验先后由两个单位分别进行。第一期由河南省岩矿测试中心承担:混合型大样由片麻岩型、花岗斑岩型和爆破角砾岩型三种矿石类型组成,重量为0.5 t,采用浮选法选钼、硫,钼和硫系统采用一次粗选、一次扫选、七次精选流程,捕收剂为碳酸钠和硅酸钠,钼精矿品位为45.60%,回收率为80.37%;第二期由北京矿冶研究总院承担:混合型大样矿石组成与第一期相同,但重量为1.2t,分别采用了捕收剂为煤油-精选抛尾流程、捕收剂为煤油-精选顺序返回流程、添加辅助捕收剂-精选抛尾流程、添加辅助捕收剂-精选顺序返回流程四种方案进行对比研究。结果表明,精选顺序返回流程钼回收率高于精选抛尾流程,添加辅助捕收剂对提高钼回收率有利,钼精矿品位46.25%、回收率为83.25%。
The two-stage ore dressing test of Leimengou molybdenum deposit was carried out by two units respectively.The first stage is undertaken by Henan Rock and Mineral Testing Center:Hybrid samples are composed of gneiss type,granitic porphyry type and blasting breccia type,with a weight of 0.5 t.The flotation method is used to select molybdenum,sulfur,molybdenum and sul‐fur.The collector is sodium carbonate and sodium silicate,the grade of molybdenum concentrate is 45.60%and the recovery rate is 80.37%.Be undertaken by Beijing General Institute of Mining and Metallurgical Research in the second stage:the composition of mixed large sample ore is the same as that of the first stage,but the weight is 1.2 t,The four schemes of collecting agent for kerosen‐eselect tailing process,collecting agent kerosene-select sequence return process,adding auxiliary collector-select tailing process,add‐ing auxiliary collector-select sequence return process were studied.The results show that the recovery rate of molybdenum in the se‐lected sequence return process is higher than that in the selected tailing process,and the addition of auxiliary collector is beneficial to improve the recovery rate of molybdenum.The recovery rate of molybdenum concentrate grade is 46.25%and 83.25%respectively.
