摘要
精细化管理需要做到精益求精,保障各项管理细节全面落地,为患者提供更为高质的护理指导。门诊作为窗口,展示着医院的综合形象,关乎着综合服务质量。作为门诊护理人员应当做好基本的护理服务工作,熟练掌握基本眼科知识与护理技能,以专业的护理服务,解决患者的难题,以此满足其需求。本文主要综述在眼科门诊管理中,采取精细化管理的价值,通过对不安全因素的逐一排查,制订相应的门诊管理措施,以此提高门诊管理水平。
Refined management needs to strive for excellence,to ensure the full implementation of various management details,and to provide patients with more high-quality nursing guidance.As a window,the outpatient clinic shows the comprehensive image of the hospital and is related to the quality of comprehensive services.As outpatient nurses,they should do a good job in basic nursing services,master basic ophthalmology knowledge and nursing skills,and use professional nursing services to solve patients'problems and meet their needs.This article mainly reviews the value of fine management in ophthalmology outpatient management.Through the investigation of unsafe factors one by one,formulate corresponding outpatient management measures,so as to improve the level of outpatient management.
