基于时间序列的全生命周期工程造价预测方法

摘要 现阶段,多数建筑工程存在开支过大的问题,为满足工程的造价管理需求,提出基于时间序列的全生命周期工程造价预测方法。通过提取工程特征,建立工程造价影响因素集,将该因素集作为目标函数,构建基于时间序列的全生命周期工程造价预测模型,实现对工程造价的有效预测,成功优化工程资源配置。通过对比实验可知,提出的基于时间序列的全生命周期工程造价预测方法预测的价格与实际价格更为接近,有利于对工程项目的成本进行有效管理。 At present,most construction projects have the problem of excessive expenses.In order to meet the cost management needs of the project,a time series based full lifecycle engineering cost prediction method is proposed.By extracting engineering features and establishing a set of influencing factors for engineering cost,this factor set is used as the objective function to construct a full lifecycle engineering cost prediction model based on time series,achieving effective prediction of engineering cost and successfully optimizing the allocation of engineering resources.Through comparative experiments,it can be seen that the proposed time series based full lifecycle engineering cost prediction method predicts prices that are closer to actual prices,which is conducive to effective cost management of engineering projects.
