摘要
对6种不同组织结构的防护服面料进行防水整理,通过测试面料的耐水冲击穿透性能、耐静水压等性能,选择纯棉高密斜纹织物作为可重复使用的医用防护服面料,并优化了防水整理工艺。结果表明:纯棉高密斜纹织物一浸一轧60 g/L防水剂TUBIGUARD 559-CONC和20 g/L固化剂TUBICOAT FIX H26,轧余率65%左右,170℃焙烘70 s,经多次水洗后,耐静水压达3 kPa以上,耐水冲击穿透性能好,吸水纸吸水量0.06 g,液体阻隔性能2~3级,防护性能耐久性好,可重复使用。
Waterproof finishing of 6 types of protective clothing fabrics with different fabric structures is carried out.By testing the water impact penetration resistance and hydrostatic pressure resistance of the fabric,the high-density twill cotton fabric is selected as the reusable medical protective clothing fabric,and the waterproof finishing process is optimized.The results show that one-dip-one-nip of high-density twill cotton fabric with 60 g/L waterproof agent TUBIGUARD 559-CONC and 20 g/L curing agent TUBICOAT FIX H26,65%of pick-up,baking at 170℃for 70 s,after multiple washes,the fabric has a resistance to static water pressure of above 3 kPa,good resistance to water impact penetration,a water absorption capacity of 0.06 g of absorbent paper,a liquid barrier performance of 2-3 level,good protective performance and durability,and can be reused.
