硅藻土基多孔陶粒的制备及其对Cu^(2+)的吸附机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 以硅藻土为主要原料,采用湿式研磨和高温煅烧工艺,制备了硅藻土基多孔陶粒。结合TG-DTA、SEM、FI-TR等现代检测手段对材料的结构和性能进行表征。以水体中Cu^(2+)为目标污染物进行了吸附去除研究。结果表明:硅藻土基多孔陶粒内部有大量硅藻土原始孔结构、成孔剂煅烧留下的孔洞以及颗粒堆积形成的空隙构成了三维孔结构。陶粒的孔径分布500~3500 nm,比表面积6.14 m^(2)/g,孔隙率约47.8%。溶液中Cu^(2+)与陶粒表面及孔道的羟基型表面功能基,通过静电作用形成配位体,通过羟基的氢与Cu^(2+)发生交换反应,使Cu^(2+)得以去除。 Using diatomite as main raw material,the diatomite based porous ceramics are prepared by wet grinding and high temperature calcination.The structure and properties of the materials are characterized by TG-DTA,SEM and FI-TR.The adsorption and removal of Cu^(2+)from water is studied.The results show that there are a large number of diatomite original pore structure,pores left by the calcination of pore-forming agent and voids formed by the accumulation of particles in the diatomite porous ceramics,which constitute the three-dimensional pore structure.The pore size of ceramides is 500~3500 nm,the specific surface area is 6.14 m^(2)/g,and the porosity is about 47.8%.Cu^(2+)in the solution and the surface of the ceramide and the hydroxyl-type surface functional group of the pore channel form a ligand through electrostatic interaction.Cu^(2+)is removed by exchange reaction between hydroxyl hydrogen and Cu^(2+).
