摘要
建立了新型板壳式省煤器的传热数学模型,并利用FLUENT软件对模型进行了求解。在合理简化板式省煤器物理模型的基础上,采用标准k-ε模型和速度-压力耦合的SIMPLE算法,获得了有代表性的板壳式省煤器流体压力、速度、温度云图和相关计算数据。计算结果表明,板壳式省煤器传热系数为81.3W/m·℃,压降为180.9Pa,与管翅式省煤器相比具有较大的优势。
According to the new type of plate and shell economizer,heat transfer of plate and shell economizer’s mathematical model were established.And which heat transfer and flow resistance performance was simulated by using Fluent software.Based on reasonable simplified model,Standard k-ε model and speed-pressure coupled SIMPLE algorithm were used.The fluid pressure,velocity,temperature nephogram and related calculating data of representative plate and shell economizer were acquired.The results show that its heat transfer coefficient is 81.3W/m·℃,is about 2 times of tube and fin economizer and its pressure drop is 180.9Pa,which is according with industrial design requirements and providing a theoretical reference for experimental research and production.
