Ada Lovelace was born on 10 December,1815 in London.Ada was the daughter of the famous poet Lord George Gordon Byron.Her father left the family just weeks after Ada’s birth.Her mother,Annabella Milbanke,1)insisted that Ada was taught logic,science and mathematics from a young age-which was rare for women at the time.In 1835,she married an aristocrat called William King.When he was made Earl of Lovelace in 1838,Ada 2)thereby became Countess of Lovelace.
