摘要
水利是农业的命脉,现代化灌区是水利现代化的基本体现,灌区项目的建设是保障国家粮食安全、建设节水型社会、推进农业现代化、深化农业供给侧结构性改革等的需要,能有效解决工程长效运行。这次灌区改造主要涉及总干渠、一干渠、二干渠、三干渠、四干渠5条渠道。文章通过对渠道改造、维修,加固改造水闸、泵站等工程,简要介绍了渠道改造工程的主体总布设。希冀为类似渠道工程的建设与管理起到借鉴作用。
Water conservancy is the lifeblood of agriculture,and modern irrigation areas are the basic embodiment of water conservancy modernization.The construction of irrigation projects is required to ensure national food security,build a water-saving society,promote agricultural modernization,and deepen the reform of agricultural supply-side structure,which can effectively solve the long-term operation of the project.The transformation of the irrigation area mainly involves five main channels,one main channel,two main channels,three main channels and four main channels.This paper briefly introduces the main layout of the channel reconstruction project through the channel reconstruction,the reinforcement,the sluice and the pump station.Hope to play a reference role for the construction and management of similar channel projects.
