摘要
响应“健康中国”战略,扎实推进中医专科联盟及大病筛查等信息化建设工作,为广大群众提供便捷、高效的健康管理与医疗服务。破解无序就医难题,逐步实现患者早筛及风险控制在社区、精准筛查和诊断到大医院的分级诊疗服务模式。针对中医医院专科联盟信息化建设现状,阐述通过搭建预防诊疗一体化早筛全闭环管理特色专科联盟信息平台,实现各医疗卫生机构信息的互联互通和资源共享,制定统一标准的基本思路与方法。
To response the strategy of healthy China,it is necessary to solidly promote the construction of specialized alliance of tradi-tional Chinese medicine and significant disease screening to provide convenient and efficient health management and medical services for the masses.It is necessary to solve the problem of disorderly medical treatment,and gradually realize the graded diagnosis and treatment service mode of early disease screening and risk control in the community,accurate screening and diagnosis to large hospi-tals.Based on the present situation of information construction of traditional Chinese medicine hospital specialized alliance,this paper expounded the basic ideas and methods to realize the interconnection and resource sharing of information in various medical and health institutions and formulate unified standards by building a specialized alliance information platform of integrated diagnosis and treatment,early screening and full closed-loop management.
