摘要
目的分析综合教学法应用于儿科临床见习带教中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月—2020年12月常德市妇幼保健院接受儿科见习生60名作为研究对象,通过双盲法分为观察组与参照组,各30名,参照组见习生接受常规带教方法,观察组见习生接受综合带教方法,比较两组见习生带教前后的综合成绩、带教效果。结果带教前,两组见习生的综合成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);带教后,观察组见习生的综合成绩与带教效果均明显比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合教学法应用于儿科见习生临床带教中的效果显著,不但能提升见习生的综合成绩,还能激发见习生的学习兴趣、自学能力以及临床思维能力,应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive teaching method in pediatric clinical prac⁃tice teaching.Methods From January 2017 to December 2020,60 pediatric trainees accepted by Changde Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as research samples,and were divided into observation group and refer⁃ence group by double-blind method with 30 in each,and the trainees in the reference group received conventional teaching methods,and the trainees in the observation group received comprehensive teaching methods,and the com⁃prehensive results and teaching effects of the two groups before and after teaching were compared.Results Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive performance of the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the comprehensive performance and teaching effect of the trainees in the observation group were sig⁃nificantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The comprehensive teaching method applied to the clinical teaching of pediatric interns has a significant effect.It can not only improve the comprehensive performance of the interns,but also stimulate the interns´learning interest,self-learning ability and clinical thinking ability.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
