摘要
目的探究在护理管理中同质化管理方式的应用效果。方法于2021年5月—2022年6月对宁乡市中医医院普外泌外科21名护理人员展开同质化管理,将其设为实施后,把2020年3月—2021年4月设为实施前,该时期采取常规管理方式,由此对比不同管理模式的应用价值。结果实施后的护理质控内容分值均高于实施前,基础理论、操作技能以及护理单元质控分值均高于实施前,护理人员的管理总满意度明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于护理管理而言,同质化管理的应用可有效提升管理效果,对护理人员的综合素质及护理质量有较好的提升作用,与常规管理方式相比,更具临床价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of homogeneous management method in nursing management.Methods From May 2021 to June 2022,21 nurses in the Department of General and External Urinary Medicine of Ningxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine underwent homogeneous management,which was set as post-implementation.The period from March 2020 to April 2021 was set as the pre-implementation,and the management method was conventional management method,compared the application value of different management modes.Results The scores of nursing quality control content in the post-implementation were higher than those in the pre-implementation,the basic theory,operation skills and nursing unit quality control scores were higher than those in the pre-implementation,the management total satisfaction of the nurses was significantly higher than that in the pre-implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For nursing management,the applica-tion of homogeneous management can effectively improve the management effect,improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff and the quality of nursing,and has more clinical value than conventional management.
