摘要
目的探究医院感染管理质控小组对医院感染控制工作的效果。方法选择东营汽修社区卫生服务中心30名护士作为研究对象,将2020年5月—2021年5月护理管理情况作为对照组(15名护士),另选2021年6月—2022年6月护理管理情况作为研究组(15名护士),对照组行常规护理管理,研究组行医院感染管理质控小组,对比感染意识、医院感染控制质量评分以及护士的洗手率。结果研究组护士的洗手率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的感染意识高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的医院感染控制质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本卫生院护理管理中设置医院感染管理质控小组可提升护士的洗手率,积极提升医院感染控制质量,增强感染意识。
Objective To investigate the effect of hospital infection management quality control group on hospital in-fection control work.Methods Thirty nurses from Dongying Automobile Community Health Service Center were se-lected as the research objects.The nursing management from May 2020 to May 2021 was taken as the control group(15 nurses).The nursing management from June 2021 to June 2022 was selected as the study group(15 nurses).The control group received routine nursing management,and the study group received hospital infection management qual-ity control group.The infection awareness,hospital infection control quality score and nurse hand washing rate were compared.Results The hand washing rate of nurses in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection awareness of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality score of nosocomial infection control in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Setting up a hospital infection management quality control group in nursing management of this health center can improve the hand washing rate of nurses,actively improve the quality of hospital infection control and enhance infection awareness.
