摘要
近代以来,民族问题与国际问题的交织深刻影响着中国国家建构的发展进程。二者也是中国共产党领导国家建构的核心维度,集中体现在党章文本的变迁中。随着形势和任务的发展,党章中民族条款和外交条款不断调整,逐渐从学习苏联转向植根中国。这两类条款虽然在不同时期各有侧重,但始终同向并进,在整体上对中国国家建构形成合力。十九大党章将中华民族共同体和人类命运共同体同时写入,在逻辑脉络、文明思维、任务导向和价值基础等方面体现了中国国家建构的主体性。
Since modern times,the interweaving of national and international issues has deeply affected the development process of China's state building.The two issues,also the core dimensions of the construction of the state under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,are concentrated in the changes of the text of the Party Constitution.With the development of the situation and task,the clauses of national(ethnic)issues and foreign affairs in the Constitution of Communist Party of China are constantly adjusted,gradually from learning from the Soviet Union to taking root in China.Although focused differently in different periods,the two issues always work in the same direction,constituting the joint force for the overall formation of the Chinese state building.“Community for the Chinese nation”and“community with a shared future for humanity”were wrtten into the Party Constitution during the 19th National Congress.In terms of the logical context,civilized thinking,task-oriented and value basis,the two communities reflect the subjectivity of China's state building.
