摘要
在国家碳达峰、碳中和战略目标确定的背景下,既是能源生产大户又是能源消耗大户的油气田企业,在新能源发展尤其是风电布局工作上具备先天市场优势,应充分利用自身条件布局风力发电业务,以实现绿色低碳转型发展。文章通过在满足项目经济性前提下的最低临界电价分析,研究建立了建设投资、风力发电等效满负荷发电小时与风力发电临界电价的数学模型。文章最后为油气田企业在完成双碳目标、实现低碳能源转型发展的同时,提高风力发电业务经济性、“提质增效”提出了建议,以期推动油气田企业布局风力发电业务的工作进程。
With the determination of the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategic goals,oil&gas companies,as the large energy producers but concurrently the large energy consumers,have inherent market advantages in the development of new energy,especially in the layout of wind power,and should make full use of their own conditions to deploy wind power generation business to achieve green and low-carbon transformation and development,which shall be a realistic choice.This paper through the analysis on the lowest critical electricity price under the premise of meeting the project economy,the mathematical model of construction investment,wind power equivalent full-load generation hours and wind power critical electricity price is established;finally,suggestions are put forward for oil&gas enterprises to improve the economics of wind power generation business and"improve quality and efficiency"while completing the dual-carbon goal and realizing the transformation and development of low-carbon energy,thus to promote the work process of oil&gas enterprises in the layout of wind power generation business.
