摘要
射频(Radio Frequency,RF)放大器是磁共振成像设备的关键系统部件之一,其长期工作在大功率状态下,属于故障率较高的部件。本文首先对HDE系列机器RF通道和RF放大器工作原理进行分析,绘成简图,再选取两例RF放大器故障,结合原理简图,深入分析,最终将故障点定位于元件级,通过更换故障元器件,成功修复RF放大器,为医工同行提供了RF放大器维修的借鉴案例。
Radio frequency(RF)amplifier is one of the key system components of MR imaging equipment.It is a component with high failure rate due to long-term operation at high-power state.This paper first analyzed the working principle of the RF channel and RF amplifier of HDE series machines,drew a schematic diagram.Then,two cases of RF amplifier failure were selected and analyzed in depth with the schematic diagram.Finally,the fault point was located at the component level.By replacing the faulty components,the RF amplifier was successfully repaired,which could provide a reference for the colleagues.
