摘要
目的 根据医用中心负压系统各故障等级分配人力、物力等资源,设计应急预案,提高故障突发后各级部门的处置效率。方法 采用故障模式影响及危害性分析(Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis,FMECA)方法全面分析医用中心负压系统可能产生的各故障类型及其危害度,结合其他影响因素,利用模糊评价与层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)对故障等级进行划分。根据故障等级与故障类型设计应急措施与处置流程,形成一套可执行的应急预案,实施并验证其效果。结果 预案实施后,医用中心负压系统24种故障类型中有8种故障的严酷度级别明显降低;20种故障类型的影响范围评分由6分以上降低到5分以下;18种故障类型的维修周期明显缩短;反映系统故障等级高低的综合量化分值Q有22项明显降低。结论 采用FMECA-AHP方法对系统各故障进行等级划分并设计应急预案,可有效提高医用中心负压系统突发故障时的应急处置效率。
Objective To allocate human and material resources according to the fault level of the negative pressure system of the medical center,to design emergency plans and to improve the disposal efficiency of all levels of departments after fault emergencies.Methods Failure mode,effects and criticality analysis(FMECA)method was used to comprehensively analyze the possible fault types and harm degree of the negative pressure system of medical center.Combining with other influencing factors,fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to classify the fault levels.According to the fault level and fault type,the corresponding emergency measures and disposal process were designed,and a set of executable emergency plan were formed,implemented and its effect was verified.Results After the implementation of the plan,the severity level of 8 kinds of faults in the 24 kinds of fault types in the negative pressure system of the medical center were significantly reduced.The influence range score of 20 fault types decreased from more than 6 points to less than 5 points.The maintenance cycle of 18 fault types was obviously shortened.The comprehensive quantization score Q of the fault level of the reaction system decreased significantly in 22 items.Conclusion Using FMECA-AHP method to classify the system faults and design the corresponding emergency plan can effectively improve the emergency treatment efficiency when the negative pressure system of medical center breaks down.
