摘要
2017年12月—2018年4月,以上海动物园饲养的旋角羚(Addax nasomaculatus)为研究对象,探讨环境丰容对其行为节律、时间分配和空间利用的影响。结果表明:圈养旋角羚行为组成以摄食和休息为主,其次为活动和警戒等。通过布设本杰士堆和益智喂食器,旋角羚摄食和活动行为的频率显著增加,休息行为显著减少(p<0.05),摄食行为主要集中于09:00和14:00左右,中午时间以休息为主。丰容后,旋角羚的休息和反刍行为显著减少(p<0.05),对展区空间的利用发生显著变化(p<0.05),这种变化通常与丰容项目实施的位置有关。相比于成年个体,亚成体旋角羚的摄食及活动行为更多,丰容对亚成体的效果更佳。
Environmental enrichment items were carried out on addaxes(Addax na⁃somaculatus)in Shanghai Zoo from December 2017 to April 2018,and the behavioral rhythm,time budget and space utilization were observed to determine the impact of enrich⁃ment.With the application of puzzle feeders,the feeding and moving behaviors of the addaxes were significantly increased,while resting behavior decreased(p<0.05).The feeding behavior of addax was mainly at 09:00 a.m.and 14:00 p.m.,and the resting behavior was mainly at noon.The ruminant behavior of addax was also de⁃creased(p<0.05).After the implementation of environmental enrichment,the utilization of the exhibition space by addaxes has changed significantly(p<0.05).Compared with adult individuals,enrichments showed greater effect on sub-adult addaxes.
