摘要
当下城市热岛效应等生态问题愈发严重,城市绿地破碎化严重,城市生态系统连通性差,导致城市冷岛效应较弱,热岛环境问题修复难度增大。而“一刀切”增加绿地面积,无法兼顾城市经济与服务职能。文章引入多元化生态补偿思想,使用城市生态系统冷岛效应指标,优化生态补偿评估体系,使其便于准确量化,精确测定,与城市人居水平紧密联系。在生态补偿思想与冷岛效应指数基础上,提出建设用地适度扩张、合理优化城市绿地密度、土地混合使用布局等协调方案,并根据冷岛效应指标进一步优化城市生态补偿机制。文章对城市冷岛效应、人居环境舒适度提升、人与城市环境和谐可持续发展具有重要的实践意义。
At present,urban heat island effect and other ecological problems are becoming more and more serious.The serious fragmentation of urban green space and poor connectivity of urban ecosystem both result in weak urban cold island effect and more difficulty in repairing the environmental problems of heat island.“One-size-fits-all”expansion of green space cannot take into account urban economic and service functions.This paper introduces the idea of diversified ecological compensation and uses the cold island effect index of urban ecosystem to optimize the ecological compensation evaluation system,making it easy to accurately quantify and measure,which is closely related to the urban human settlement level.Based on the idea of ecological compensation and the cold island effect index,the following coordination schemes are proposed:moderate expansion of construction land,reasonable density of urban green space and mixed use of land.Then the urban ecological compensation mechanism is further optimized according to the cold island effect index.This paper has important practical significance for the urban cold island effect,the improvement of human settlement comfort,and the harmonious and sustainable development of human and urban environment.
