摘要
目前,立柱的清理主要采用人工及机械方式,实际应用中大多为人工清洗,部分场合利用纯机械结构实现直径杆攀爬,但其对技术要求较高,影响了工作效率,增加了工作负担。为解决这些问题,设计了一种智能立柱清洗装置,通过底座上的微型电机、螺纹管、丝杆、蓄水箱、微型水泵、喷头与清洁布,对立柱清洗装置编程进行控制处理,令设备可以更加快速、有效地进行清洁,无需人工利用机械攀爬清洗,提高了清洁效率,保障了人员安全,减轻了工作负担。
At present,manual and mechanical methods are mainly adopted in column cleaning.In the actual application process,most of them are the manual cleaning,and pure mechanical structure is used in some occasions to realize diameter rod climbing.But its technical requirements are high,so it affects work efficiency,and increases work burden.In order to solve the above problems,an intelligent column cleaning device is designed.Through the base of the micro motor,thread,screw,rod,water tank,micro pump,nozzle and cleaning cloth,programming of column cleaning device is controlled.In this way,column cleaning equipment can be more fast and effective to clean column,and it effectively avoids the traditional artificial using mechanical climbing cleaning.Thus the cleaning efficiency can be greatly improved,security of the staff be ensured,and the work burden be reduced.
