摘要
山东省虽然在强化海河流域管理上进行了积极探索,有力推动了河流保护治理,但是仍存在一些问题。本文介绍了山东省海河流域概况及骨干河道现状,介绍了山东省在海河流域综合管理治理取得的成效,查找了流域治理管理的短板并提出了合理建议,以期推动新阶段流域水利高质量发展。
It has carried out many active actions and attempts on strengthening the management of Haihe River basin in Shandong,which has effectively promoted the river protection and management,but there are still some problems.This paper introduces the general situation of Haihe River Basin and the backbone rivers in Shandong,as well as the achievements on the comprehensive management.Based on the information,the paper finds out the shortcomings of basin management and puts forward reasonable suggestions to promote the high-quality development of basin water management in the new stage.
