电催化氧化降解甲基橙废水

Degradation of Methyl Orange Wastewater by Electrocatalytic Oxidation

摘要 采用电沉积法和热分解法分别制备PbO_(2)电极和Pt电极,利用PbO_(2)电极和Pt电极对甲基橙废水进行了降解处理研究。利用PbO_(2)电极为阳极,Cu片为阴极,在pH为5.0,电流密度为40 mA/cm^(2),浓度为200 mg/L,电极距离为2.2 cm时,COD去除率和脱色率达到87.4%和99%。另外还比较了PbO_(2)电极和Pt电极作为阳极降解甲基橙废水电催化活性,结论表明PbO2电极作为阳极处理甲基橙废水的活性更高。 PbO_(2)electrode and Pt electrode were prepared by electrodeposition and thermal decomposition respectively,Methyl orange wastewater was degraded by PbO_(2)electrode and Pt electrode.Using PbO_(2)electrode as anode and Cu sheet as cathode,when pH was 5.0,current density was 40 mA/cm^(2),concentration was 200 mg/L and electrode distance was 2.2 cm,COD removal rate and decolorization rate reached 87.4%and 99%.In addition,the catalytic activity of PbO_(2)electrode and Pt electrode for the degradation of methyl orange wastewater was compared.The conclusion showed that PbO_(2)electrode was more active as an anode for the treatment of methyl orange wastewater.
