摘要
考虑到现阶段波浪发电场的数量较少,缺少足够的实际测试数据,文中设计一种基于改进PSO算法的AWS波浪发电场模型。以AWS波浪发电场实测数据为输入,以有功功率为输出,引入粒子群算法(PSO)确定模型的各项等效参数,构建可以对实际测试波浪数据对应的发电场功率进行分析的等效模型。在PSO目标函数为等效模型输出有功功率和电场模型输出有功功率之间差值的平方和的基础上,采用PSO方法对等效模型驱动参数进行辨识。结果表明:迭代达到约1300次时,粒子群算法发生收敛,表明采用PSO对12组实测数据进行参数辨识都可以实现正常收敛的状态。所设计模型以粒子群算法进行辨识所得各参数基本相同,能够得到稳定的参数辨识结果。
Considering the limited number of wave generated electric fields at present and the lack of sufficient actual test data,an AWS wave electric field model based on the improved PSO algorithm is designed.Taking the measured data generated by AWS wave electric field as the input and its active power as the output,particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is introduced to determine the equivalent parameters of the model,and the equivalent model that can analyze the electric field power corresponding to the actual test wave data is constructed.On the basis that the PSO objective function is expressed as the sum of squares of the difference between the active power output of the equivalent model and the active power output of the electric field model,the PSO method is used to identify the driving parameters of the equivalent model.The results show that the particle swarm optimization algorithm can be used to realize convergence when the iteration reaches about 1300 times,indicating that the normal convergence state can be achieved by means of PSO for parameter identification of 12 sets of measured data.The parameters obtained by PSO algorithm are basically the same,and stable parameter identification results are obtained.
