一种砂岩相似材料的声发射性能研究

摘要 以云冈地区砂岩为模拟对象,采用水泥、中砂、铁粉、水、减水剂按照一定的比例制作类岩石相似材料,利用HUALONG压力机和DS5声发射仪对类岩石进行单轴压缩实验,研究其声发射性能。结果表明:通过参数RA-AF值判断相似材料为剪切-张拉破坏,利用傅里叶变换研究破坏过程的峰值频率主要为170 kHz和50 kHz,大于200 kHz信号在破坏阶段居多。借助定位系统,类岩石定位点在塑性阶段占比为48%,此阶段破坏最剧烈,定位点在两侧面投影验证了其破坏主要为张拉破坏模式。声发射各个参数相互结合、相互补充、相互验证,为相似材料的研究提供了参考依据。 Taking sandstone in Yungang area as the simulation object,the rock-like material was made with cement,medium sand,iron powder,water and water reducing agent in a certain proportion.The uniaxial compression experiment of rock-like rock was carried out with press and acoustic emission instrument to study its acoustic emission characteristics.The results show that the similar materials are judged to be shear-tension failure based on the RA-AF value of the parameter.The peak frequencies of the failure process are mainly 170 kHz and 50 kHz by Fourier transform,and the signals greater than 200 kHz are mostly in the failure stage.With the help of the positioning system,the rock-like anchor points accounted for 48%in the plastic stage,and the failure process was the most intense in this stage.The projection of anchor points on both sides verified that the failure mode was mainly tensile failure mode.The AE parameters are combined with each other,complement each other and verify each other,which provides reference value for the study of similar materials.
