摘要
目的 调查四川省三级甲等医院急诊科医务人员心理困扰、功能性躯体症状与睡眠质量现状及相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2022年2—3月选取四川省5所三级甲等医院314名急诊科医务人员为调查对象,采用心理困扰量表、功能性躯体症状量表和睡眠质量量表进行资料收集,采用描述分析、相关分析及多元回归分析探讨功能性躯体症状与心理困扰和睡眠质量的关系。结果 314名急诊科医务人员睡眠质量得分为(7.71±3.68)分,心理困扰得分为(27.64±8.67)分,功能性躯体症状得分为(31.53±10.84)分;睡眠质量得分与心理困扰、功能性躯体症状得分均呈正相关(均P<0.01);心理困扰、功能性躯体症状、婚姻状况、每月倒班频率(次)、运动锻炼是四川省三级甲等医院急诊科医务人员睡眠质量的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 四川省三级甲等医院急诊科医务人员睡眠质量较差,管理者可根据影响因素采取针对性干预措施改善医务人员睡眠质量,提升其身心健康水平。
Objective To investigate the status of psychological distress,functional somatic symptoms and sleep quality of emergency medical staff in five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,explore their correlation.Methods A total of 314 emergency medical workers from five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected from February to March 2022 by the convenience sampling method.The psychological distress scale,functional somatic symptoms scale and sleep quality scale were used for data collection.The descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between functional somatic symptoms,psychological distress and sleep quality.Results The sleep quality score of 314 emergency medical workers was(7.71±3.68)points,psychological distress score was(27.64±8.67)points,and functional somatic symptoms score was(31.53±10.84)points.The sleep quality score was positively correlated with psychological distress and functional somatic symptoms scores(all P<0.01).The psychological distress,functional physical symptoms,marital status,monthly shift frequency(times)and exercise were the main infuencing factors of sleep quality among emergency medical workers from grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province(all P<0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of medical staff in emergency department of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province is poor,and the managers should take targeted interventions to improve the sleep quality of medical staff and improve their physical and mental health according to influencing factors.
