摘要
高职院校党支部是团结和联系教师的重要纽带。新时代新形势,高等职业教育面临着新挑战,也迎来了新机遇,如何充分发挥党建引领作用,促进教育教学工作开创新局面,是高职院校党支部要深刻思考和亟待解决的问题。党支部要立足立德树人根本任务,从党建引领教育教学工作入手,探索党建引领教育教学高质量发展的路径,即以党支部建设为中心,促进教育教学能力提升,加强教师党员队伍管理,搭建“三全”育人平台。
