摘要 《体内药物与毒物分析》为药学专业必修课程,是采用药物分析方法对生物体内药物、代谢产物以及毒物进行定性和定量分析、保证药物研发以及临床使用的安全性和有效性的一门实践学科。为培养药学专业高素质应用型人才培养需要,文章将成果导向教育(outcomebased education,OBE)教学理念融入体内药物与毒物分析课程教学,从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式以及教学评价构建贯通融合课程思政的线上线下混合教学模式,以学生为中心、岗位需求为导向设计,立德树人,强调学生学习成果。以提高人才培养质量为目标,激发学生学习的内驱力,建立多层次、多样化的课程教学新体系。 Biopharmaceutical and Toxicological Analysis is a compulsory course for pharmacy majors.It is a practical discipline that adopts the method of analysis to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of drugs,metabolites and toxicology in biological bodies,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug development and clinical use.In view of the needs for comprehensive pharmacy talent,the outcome based education(OBE) concept is introduced into the teaching of biopharmaceutical and toxicological course,guided by the ideological and political learning effect of the course,an online and offline mixed teaching mode integrating the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching evaluation was constructed.It is designed to be student-centered and job demand oriented,to cultivate virtue and emphasize students' learning achievements to build an online and offline blended teaching mode that integrates the ideological and political education through the course.The aim is to train students the ability of innovative thinking and independent learning,be student-centered.In order to improve students' enthusiasm for learning and the teaching effect,to establish a new multi-level,diversified curriculum teaching system.
