摘要
当前医学高校临床学院督导存在督导资源不均衡、督导积极性不足、督导内容不全面、结果利用不充分等问题。因此,临床学院应从均衡督导人员配比、建立健全保障制度、优化部署工作内容、加强督导结果应用等方面入手,建立符合临床学院教学规律的督导工作体系,确保院级督导工作高质量开展,进而提升医学教育教学质量。
At present,there are problems in the supervision of clinical schools in medical universities,such as imbalanced supervision resources,insufficient supervision enthusiasm,incomplete supervision content,and insufficient utilization of results.Therefore,clinical schools should start with balancing the proportion of supervision personnel,establishing a sound guarantee system,optimizing the deployment of work content,and strengthening the application of supervision results,in order to establish a supervision work system that conforms to the teaching laws of clinical schools,ensure high-quality implementation of hospital level supervision work,and improve the quality of medical education and teaching.
