摘要
总结白长川教授从熵病角度辨治滞伤脾胃病的临证经验,提出“因滞而病”是当今脾胃病的主要病机。从熵病角度分析滞伤脾胃,并围绕治疗脾胃病的运、消、化三种基本法则,提出了以滋运、疏运、升运、通(降)运、和运、健运、温运为代表的“运脾七法”;活血化浊、理气止痛之消法;温化和清化的化法。运用中医药治疗手段作为负熵,通过消减体内病理因素,纠正代谢紊乱,来防治“因滞而熵增”的相关疾病,从新的角度理解滞伤脾胃。
This paper summarized professor BAI Changchuan's experience in differentiating and treating stagnation damaged spleen and stomach diseases from the perspective of entropy,and proposed that"disease due to stagnation"is the main pathogenesis of the spleen and stomach diseases today.From the perspective of entropy disease,this paper analyzed stagnation damaged spleen and stomach,focused on the three basic laws of transportation,dispersion and dissolution,and introduced the"seven spleen transportation method"through moistening,soothing,raising,unblocking(directing downward),harmonizing,fortifying and warming,the dispersion method through activating blood and removing turbidity,rectifying qi and relieving pain,and the dissolution method through warming and clearing.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapies can be used to treat entropy disease through reducing the internal pathological factors and correcting the metabolic disorder,which helps to prevent the related diseases of"entropy increase due to stagnation"and provide a new way to understand stagnation damaging the spleen and stomach.
