摘要
目的分析心肌酶谱与高敏肌钙蛋白T联合诊断应用于心肌梗死诊断中的价值。方法将2021年1月-2022年6月在本院确诊为心肌梗死的72例患者纳入研究组,于同一时间区内择选本院的健康体检者72例纳入参照组,观察两组受检者的心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白T相关指标,并分析研究组不同检测手段的诊断价值。结果研究组的cTnT和心肌酶谱相关指标明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。单一心肌酶谱和单一cTnT的检测手段在组间比较中未显示出统计学差异,但心肌酶谱+cTnT联合检测法的灵敏度、特异度和准确度均明显高于单一心肌酶谱和单一cTnT的检测手段(灵敏度:χ^(2)=5.925,P=0.015。χ^(2)=3.927,P=0.048;特异度:χ^(2)=6.750,P=0.009。χ^(2)=5.042,P=0.025;准确度:χ^(2)=5.925,P=0.015。χ^(2)=11.381,P=0.001)。结果将心肌酶谱+cTnT联合检测法应用心肌梗死的早期诊断当中,可依据相关指标对心肌梗死的情况与病情发展状态进行诊断与分析,能够为早期心肌梗死患者提供科学、准确的诊断参考,以便后续治疗工作的有效开展,同时也能改善预后效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze evaluation value of combined diagnosis of myocardial enzyme spectrum and high sensitivity troponin T in diagnosis of myocardial infarction.Methods The paper included 72 patients diagnosed with myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 in study group,72 healthy individuals in our hospital in reference group during the same time interval.Myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin T related indicators between two groups were observed,diagnostic value of different detection methods in study group was analyzed.Results cTnT and myocardial enzymes related indicators in study group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Comparison of single myocardial enzymes and single cTnT detection methods showed no statistical difference between groups,but sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of myocardial enzymes+cTnT combined detection method was significantly higher than single myocardial enzymes and single cTnT detection method,(sensitivity:χ^(2)=5.925,P=0.015.χ^(2)=3.927,P=0.048;specificity:χ^(2)=6.750,P=0.009.χ^(2)=5.042,P=0.025;accuracy:χ^(2)=5.925,P=0.015.χ^(2)=11.381,P=0.001).Conclusion Myocardial enzymes and cTnT combined detection method can diagnose and analyze condition and progression of myocardial infarction in early diagnosis of myocardial infarction based on relevant indicators,provide scientific and accurate diagnostic reference for early myocardial infarction patients,carry out subsequent treatment and improve prognosis effectively,which is worthy of promotion.
