摘要
优质茶叶基地建设是生产健康高品质茶产品的重要基础与保障。文章在三明市优质茶叶基地评选实践基础上,分析讨论优质茶叶基地建设评价指标。此次评选将优质茶叶基地建设评价分环境质量、茶园管理、产品质量管控等三大项10个因素,对三明境内的优质茶叶基地进行综合评价。结果分析表明,环境质量分值极差R=6.5,茶园管理分值极差R=12,产品质量分值极差R=11,这3项内容共同影响茶叶基地的总分值。评价指标与评比总分的相关性大小排序为产品认证(0.860)>立地条件(0.671)>病虫害防治(0.420)>园地管理(0.397)>土壤管理(0.379)>卫生条件(0.371)>质量管理(0.186),产品认证与立地条件与总分均呈极显著相关。通过评比实践及意见反馈,提出增设或调整部分评价指标的建议。
The construction of high-quality tea bases is an important basis and guarantee for the production of healthy and high-quality tea products.Based on the selection practice of high-quality tea bases in Sanming,this paper analyzed and discussed the evaluation indicators for the construction of high-quality tea bases.The construction and evaluation of high-quality tea bases in Sanming were made on the basis of environmental quality,tea garden management and product quality control.The results show that the range of environmental quality score R=6.5,the range of management score R=12 and the range of product quality score R=11 affected the total score of tea base.The order of correlation between the evaluation index and the total score of the evaluation was product certification(0.860)>site conditions(0.671)>pest control( 0.420)>field management(0.397)>soil management(0.379)>sanitary conditions(0.371)>quality management(0.186).The product certification and site conditions and total scores were significantly correlated.Through the evaluation activities and feedback,this paper put forward suggestions for adding or adjusting some evaluation indicators.
