聚能射流成型及侵彻机理数值模拟研究

摘要 利用lsdyna对药型罩聚能射流成型过程及侵彻过程进行数值模拟分析,将药型罩分成多个部分并用不同颜色区分,通过药型罩不同部位颜色流动过程显示聚能射流的形成及连续性变化过程。结果表明,射流主要由药型罩内腔和药型罩底部外腔贡献的作用形成,杵体主要由药型罩外腔中上部分贡献的作用形成。在射流的成型过程中,药型罩从顶部到底部不断挤压叠合形成射流,射流头部由药型罩顶部内腔挤压成型,在射流的拉伸及侵彻过程中,射流头部被逐渐消耗并由后续射流补充,药型罩内腔中下部分对射流的拉伸及侵彻贡献最大。 This paper uses LS-DYNA to conduct numerical simulation of the formation process and penetration process of shaped charge jets of liners.The liners are divided into several parts and distinguished by different colors.The formation and continuous change process of the shaped charge jets are shown through the color flow of different parts of the liner.The results show that the jets are mainly formed by the inner cavity of the liner and the outer cavity at the bottom of the liner,and the pestles are mainly formed by the middle and upper parts of the outer cavity.In the process of jet formation,the liner is continuously squeezed and superimposed from the top to the bottom to form jets,and the jet heads are extruded by the inner cavity at the top of the liner.In the process of jet stretching and penetration,the jet heads are gradually consumed and supplemented by subsequent jets,and the middle and lower parts of the inner cavity contribute the most to the jet stretching and penetration.
