摘要
文章采用傅里叶变换红外光谱结合聚类分析法和主成分分析法建立快速、无损鉴别不同品牌宣纸的方法。对市面上5种品牌的生宣、半熟宣和熟宣样品进行测试,结果表明:5个品牌宣纸的红外光谱数据整体上十分相似;聚类分析法在不同品牌宣纸鉴别方面效果较差;在主成分分析法中,每个品牌的测试数据均相对集中,存在一定的分布范围,且与其他品牌之间存在一定的区分度。综合来看,红外光谱结合主成分分析法,在鉴别不同品牌宣纸方面,具有可行性,值得深入研究。
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis was used to establish a rapid and non-destructive identification method for different brands of Xuan paper.Different types of Xuan paper samples from five brands on the market were collected,including raw Xuan,semi-cooked Xuan and cooked Xuan.Eight different parts of each sample were randomly selected for testing.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the obtained infrared spectral data.The results show that:(1)The infrared spectrum data of five brands of Xuan paper are very close on the whole.(2)Cluster analysis is not effective in distinguishing different brands of Xuan paper.(3)In the principal component analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rates of the first three principal components of all samples are all above 90%.By drawing the principal component 3D diagram,it can be seen that the test data of each brand is relatively concentrated,and there is a certain range of distribution.And there is a certain degree of differentiation between different brands.Based on the above research,infrared spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis has certain feasibility in identifying Xuan paper brand,which is worthy of further discussion.
