摘要
湿地水资源状况直接决定了湿地生境的保护和恢复能否达到理想效果,湿地生态补水对防止湿地退化、改善湿地水文情况和维护湿地系统生境动态平衡等十分重要。文章在分析北方地区湿地补水和监测现状的基础上,介绍了确定生态补水量的方法和策略,总结了现阶段北方地区湿地生态补水主要存在的四大问题:生态补水策略效率低下、未充分考虑周边环境和生态补水的相互影响、补水效率和综合效益需提升、缺乏系统层面上对湿地生态水文响应的科学评估。并从湿地水体、生境、生物、生态系统结构和服务功能五个角度出发,建立了湿地生态补水成功评价指标与体系,最后为未来湿地生态补水提升提出了发展建议,以期为中国湿地生态补水研究和实践提供指导与借鉴。
The status of wetland water resources directly determines whether the protection and restoration of wetland habitat can achieve the ideal results.Wetland ecological water supplement is very important for preventing wetland degradation,improving wetland hydrological situation and maintaining the dynamic balance of wetland system habitat.Based on the analysis on the status quo of wetland water supplement and its monitoring in the northern region,this paper introduces the methods and strategies for determining the amount of ecological water supplement,and summarizes the four major problems existing in the ecological water supplement of wetlands in the northern region at this stage:the low efficiency of water supplement strategy,insufficient consideration to the interaction between the surrounding environment and ecological water supplement,low water supplement and comprehensive benefits to be improved,and the lack of scientific assessment on wetland ecological hydrological response at the system level.And from five perspectives of the water body,habitat,biology,ecosystem structure and service function of the wetland,the evaluation index and system for the success of wetland ecological water supplement are established.Finally,development suggestions are put forward for the improvement of wetland ecological water supplement in the future,with a view to provide guidance and reference for the research and practice of wetland ecological water supplement in China.
