摘要
结合吉林省特色高水平应用型大学建设的实际需要,分析了探索青年教师发展党员工作新路径的重要意义。经研究实践,提出了构建全面系统、科学高效的青年教师发展党员工作机制的有效措施,总结了提升青年教师发展党员工作实效性的新路径,将为建设符合特色高水平应用型大学建设需求的青年教师队伍提供参考与支持。
Combining with the actual needs of the construction of characteristic high-level application-oriented universities in Jilin Province,this paper explores the significance of exploring a new path to recruit Party members of young teachers.On the basis of research and practice,this paper puts forward effective measures of building a comprehensive,systematic,scientific and efficient working mechanism to develop Party members of young teachers,and summarizes a new way to improve the effectiveness of developing Party members,which will provide reference and support for building a team of young teachers that meets the needs of the construction of characteristic high-level application-oriented universities.
