摘要
随着医学模式的转变和健康中国等战略的推进,护理学专业相应增加了新的内涵,因而对护理学本科教育也提出了新的要求。广西医科大学坚持以岗位胜任力为导向,构建了“德术并重、交叉融合、医教协同、智慧教学”的护理学人才培养模式,且将该模式贯穿于护理学人才培养的全过程和各个环节,并取得了明显成效。
With the transformation of medical mode and the promotion of strategies such as Healthy China,nursing profession has added new connotations accordingly.Therefore,new requirements are put forward for undergraduate nursing education.Guangxi Medical University adheres to post competence as the guidance to build the nursing talent training mode of“attaching equal importance to morality and skill,cross-integration,medical education coordination and wisdom teaching”.This mode is implemented through the whole process of nursing talent training and various stages and has achieved significant results.
