摘要我国作为多民族国家,非常重视民族传统文化。民族传统体育运动作为我国民族传统文化的有机组成部分,国家对它的重视是大力传承中华优秀文化的重要表现,国家对地域性民族传统体育运动的保护更能体现对中华文化的多样性和复杂性的保护。深入推动高校体育教学中地域性民族传统体育运动的实践应用,有利于保护和传承中华优秀文化,还有利于丰富高校体育学科教学内容、激发大学生对体育运动的兴趣。然而,目前我国高校体育教学中融入地域性民族传统体育运动存在一些困境,主要体现为基础设施建设不到位、指导教师匮乏、理论课程不完善和宣传不到位等,阻碍地域性民族传统体育运动的顺利开展。为实现地域性民族传统体育运动对个人、高校、社会和国家的重要意义,文章针对上述问题提出场地建设、师资完善、理论课程开发、做好宣传工作等建议。 With the increasing importance of cultural soft power in the international community,countries around the world pay more and more attention to their own traditional culture.As a multi-ethnic country,China attaches great importance to traditional national culture.National traditional sports are an integral part of our national traditional culture,and the state’s attention to it is an important manifestation of vigorously inheriting the excellent Chinese culture.The state’s protection of regional national traditional sports can better reflect the diversity and complexity of Chinese culture.sexual protection.In-depth promotion of the practical application of regional national traditional sports in physical education in colleges and universities is conducive to the protection and inheritance of Chinese excellent culture,and is also conducive to enriching the teaching content of physical education and stimulating college students’interest in sports.However,at present,there are some difficulties in integrating regional national traditional sports into physical education in colleges and universities,which are mainly reflected in inadequate infrastructure construction,lack of instructors,imperfect theoretical courses and inadequate publicity,etc.,which hinder the development of regional national traditional sports.In order to realize the significance of regional national traditional sports to individuals,colleges and universities,society and the country,the article proposes venue construction,teacher improvement,theoretical curriculum development,and publicity work for the above-mentioned problems.
