摘要
中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅发布《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》,明确提出“加快农家书屋数字化建设”,为深化农家书屋数字化建设提供重要战略遵循和行动指南。文章系统梳理相关文献,立足国家文化数字化战略原则与任务,阐述农家书屋数字化建设的价值,并围绕资源、技术、服务、治理等维度剖析助推农家书屋数字化建设的主要任务,提出农家书屋数字化建设应从资源供给、技术应用、服务场景和治理能力等层面着手推进。
The General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council have issued the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitization Strategy,which explicitly proposes to"accelerate the digitization of village libraries",providing an important strategy and action guide for deepening the digitization of village libraries.This paper systematically compares relevant literature,explains the value of the digital construction of village libraries based on the principles and tasks of the national cultural digitization strategy,analyzes the main tasks of promoting the digital construction of village libraries in terms of resources,technology,services and governance,and proposes that the digital construction of village libraries should be promoted from the levels of resource supply,technology application,service scenarios and governance capacity.
