摘要
随着中国特色社会主义市场经济的发展,中国各行各业正在进行改革,努力探索服务社会的途径。医院也是服务业的一部分,人力资源管理改革也被列在议程上。在中国特色社会主义建设的新时代下,人力资源管理已成为医院良好发展的首要任务。在大数据的背景下,医院服务工作的社会效益远远大于医院所寻求的经济效益。为社会提供更好的服务是医院人力资源管理的核心。医院人力资源管理是指医院的发展和医院的一些日常需求,如招聘、培训一系列卫生保健管理人员,可有助于医院的可持续发展。本文主要分析大数据背景下医院人力资源管理的现状,具体探讨了医院人力资源管理创新措施。
With the development of China's socialist market economy,all walks of life in China are reforming.trying to explore ways to serve the society.Hospitals are also part of the service sector,and human resource management reform is also on the agenda.In the new era of socialist construction in China,human resource management has become the primary task of good development of hospitals.Under the background of big data,the social benefits of hospital service work far outweigh the economic benefits sought by hospitals.To provide better service for the society is the core of hospital human resource management.Hospital human resource management refers to the development of the hospital and some daily needs of the hospital,such as recruitment,training of a series of health care management personnel,can contribute to the sustainable development of the hospital.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of hospital human resource management under the background of big data,and specifically discusses the innovative measures of hospital human resource management.
