摘要
高职院校专业群集约化建设是符合高职教育发展、高职院校高质量发展和人才培养的必然要求,是一项较为复杂的系统工程。文章阐述了专业群集约化内涵、专业群集约化发展的主要特征,指出在对接产业链、课程、教学管理、师资、产教融合等方面加强专业群集约化建设,提出加强政府宏观调控、打破校际壁垒、提升专业群治理能力,促进专业群集约化发展。
The construction of professional cluster reduction in vocational colleges is in line with the inevitable requirements of the development of vocational education,high-quality development of vocational colleges,and talent cultivation,and is a relatively complex system engineering.The article elaborates on the connotation of professional cluster reduction and the main characteristics of professional cluster reduction development.It points out that the construction of professional cluster reduction should be strengthened in aspects such as docking with the industrial chain,curriculum,teaching management,teachers,and integration of industry and education.It proposes to strengthen government macroeconomic regulation,break down inter school barriers,enhance professional group governance capabilities,and promote the intensive development of professional groups.
