摘要
基于物联网技术,对设备常用通讯接口、协议、数据采集方式、作业现场网络建设等进行研究,结合企业车间实际情况,搭建车间作业现场网络和设备运行数据采集平台,采集设备运行状态和加工参数,实现对企业设备运行情况的实时监控和动态分析,以提升设备利用率,优化生产计划安排,提高作业效率。
Based on the Internet of Things technology,the research is conducted on commonly used communication interfaces,protocols,data collection methods and construction of working site networks for equipment.Combined with the actual situation of the workshops of each enterprise,a working site network and equipment operation data collection platform are built to collect the operation status and machining parameters of the equipment,make real-time monitoring and dynamic analysis of the operation conditions of the equipment of the enterprise,so as to improve the rate of equipment utilization,optimize the production plan arrangements,and improve the working efficiency.
