介绍了无氰无磷滚镀铜的镀液配方、配制、日常维护事项和分析方法,并列举了该工艺在实际应用过程中出现的故障和解决措施。
The composition and preparation of a cyanide-and phosphorus-free barrel copper plating bath,and its routine maintenance matters and analysis method were introduced.Some troubles encountered during the application of this barrel copper plating process were described,and the corresponding solutions were given.
