摘要
基于2003—2021年中国A股上市公司数据,实证研究市场竞争、绿色创新与企业金融化之间的关系。研究发现:市场竞争程度的加强会对企业金融化现象产生抑制作用;绿色创新在市场竞争与企业金融化间发挥着中介作用,市场竞争通过影响企业的绿色创新进而影响企业的金融化投资。正确处理好市场竞争、绿色创新与企业金融化之间的关系,有助于企业“脱实向虚”的问题解决。
Based on data from A-share listed companies in China from 2003 to 2021,this study empirically investigates the relationship between market competition,green innovation,and corporate financialization.Research has found that the strengthening of market competition will have an inhibitory effect on the phenomenon of corporate financialization;Green innovation plays a mediating role between market competition and enterprise financialization,and market competition affects enterprises green innovation and then their financialization investment.It can be seen that correctly handling the relationship between market competition,green innovation,and enterprise financialization can help solve the problem of enterprises'shifting from reality.
